I have enjoyed the challenge of recreating some of the wildlife species that I love in this medium of cut glass. Trying to depict correct colors, anatomy and lighting by choosing among many colors and textures, and then cutting each piece one at a time is a very long process, but quite worth the effort. I have admired leopards for many years, and I hope to see a few during my next, -my 19th- trip to Africa.
