I always choose to depict a zebra when I start to work in a new medium...not sure why, but I have an interesting collection of them in 8 media now. Mosaics are not often seen in the wildlife art world, but I hope to change that, and I know that zebras and other African species will figure prominently in my collection of mosaics.
