The Bald Eagle is perhaps the most recognizable bird of prey in Canada. They are breathtaking to behold, powerful and graceful, as well as majestic. On the coast they may be avid fishers but on the prairies they are just as likely to scavenge on carrion and rodents. No matter where they are found they are a beauty to behold and essential to the ecosystem.
