I've been working with acrylic pours with the dedicated decision to create abstract backgrounds that would fit specific wildlife. The abstract has a specific idea in mind as I am creating. Not all of my attempts work to my satisfaction, though there is still a degree of anticipation with each attempt. The abstracts that do turn out to my satisfaction are then evaluated and studied to determine where and if the wildlife can be developed into the design. 'Raging Bull' was one of the successful designs. This large bull elk comes out from the burst of color that represents the elk's natural environment. The abstract shapes take on the land and trees without detracting from the focus of the elk.
