'Double Take' was created to literally reflect the dramatic beauty of this majestic Bald Eagle. The near-miss while coming in for a dive on it's unaware prey results in a beautiful cascade of running and splashing water. This painting, as with many of my birds of prey paintings, has been done with the assistance of my friend, birds of prey expert and master photographer, Howard Brodsky. It is with his invaluable help that I am able to create these striking compositions.
