The Bald Eagle has been a subject matter of great interest to me over the last couple of years. Once an endangered species, the Bald Eagle has rebounded and is now a species of “Special Concern” due to an intensive re-introduction program and environmental clean-up efforts. Canada’s largest bird of prey, it lives predominately in coastal British Columbia and in boreal forests across Canada. My painting “Bald Eagles” is serene and calm with space between the subjects to create depth and an upfront glimpse of this magnificent bird of prey. Artistic expression through art is my gift to nature.
