'Fisherman' was my first Heron painting I did in the snow. I moved to London, Ontario this last summer and discovered "The Cove". It's a piece of the Thames River shaped like a horseshoe, which broke off and has hosted an abundance of wildlife. When most of the egrets and herons have left this one was still hanging around to fish.
