This mandala is made of the fauna and flora of Bohol, a wonderful island in the Philippines that is home to the Philippines Tarsier, the Rainbow Kingfisher, Calamansi Fruit, and mangos among countless other wonders. Some are endemic to the island making the mandala a fingerprint or ID card of the Bohol. Mandalas are a meditation aid; they open us up to higher levels of consciousness and are an invitation to a meditation on nature.
