I love how much richness and detail pastels bring to animal art. God has given me a gift of painting and drawing and I am blessed to be able to share it with the world.
Zebras are prey animals and get eaten a lot. They do not relax much and solace is never for very long. I love this painting as it shows "a moment of solace" for him.
