Artist Statement

LONG BILLED BLACK COCKATOO Found in the forests of jarrah in extreme South West Australia. It is believed they mate for life and the pair stay together all year round except when the female is incubating and brooding. They are endangered and their biggest threat is destruction of habitat from frequent burning of forests and clear-felling of trees.
