You're invited to a unique annual event - Artists for Conservation's 2022 Exhibit Opening Reception at VanDusen Botanical Garden in Vancouver, BC.
We're thrilled to be hosting this signature evening event for the first time since 2019! Experience the excitement of opening night on Thursday, September 22nd with internationally renowned wildlife and nature artists visting from near and far. Be among the first to see AFC's annual juried "International Exhibit of Nature in Art" - one of the world's premier nature-inspired art exhibits with partial sales proceeds supporting conservation. The exhibit will feature over 80 original paintings and sculptures for sale by leading AFC nature and wildlife artists.
This year, AFC will recognize internationally renowned Brazilian-American artist and conservationist, Kitty Harvill - with its highest honor - the Simon Combes Conservation Artist Award.
All original artwork is for sale with at least 40% of the proceeds supporting conservation and education programs worldwide. Enjoy worldwide artistic excellence, learn about conservation issues directly from exhibiting artists, and support conservation.
Watch the Raptor Quick Sketch, featuring painting of live birds of prey models. Proceeds of the sketches will support of AFC's conservation and education programs.
Tickets are $35pp by September 15 and $55pp after Sept 15.
Ticket includes reception admission and 1 complimentary beverage (wine/beer or non-alcoholic). Cash bar will be available.
