I felt deeply honoured and privileged to see this stunning lion at Jamarla Wildlife Park in Canberra. His regal and majestic presence took my breath away and inspired me to capture the essence of a lion in all its splendour. Lions are the ultimate protectors. Now it is our time to protect them as their population continues to decline due to human-wildlife conflict, habitat loss, prey decline and the wildlife trade.
