I was so thrilled to receive an invitation to donate my artwork to Sketch for Survival in conjunction with Explorers against Extinction. Explorers against Extinction is a unique event highlighting the threat of extinction to some of Africa's most iconic species, elephants and rhinos. One elephant is killed in Africa every 15 minutes. Artists, explorers, adventurers and celebrities were asked to do a simple 15-minute Sketch for Survival to raise awareness of this shocking statistic and also raise funds to combat wildlife crime

My original sketch raised 195 pounds in the online auction. The original artworks were on exhibition at an event held at the National Geographic Society in London, the UK on October 12, 2017.
