A skittish crossing
Earlier in 2018 my husband & I was at Sable dam close to the Phalaborwa gate of the Kruger National Park for some wildlife photography. We had some great sights that day and the most memorable was a smalkl herd of zebras that came down to drink. They couldn't settle down to drink & in the end probably decided it would be safer on the other side of a shallow stream of water. Ever fearfull of crocodiles & other predators they crossed the small body of water with legs held high & I immediately knew this sighting would have to be captured on canvas.
