Sitting and watching horses grazing in the pasture is so calming. I had a hard time choosing a patina so I am showing two. The lighter reflects the golden light of dawn, watching the day begin. The dark makes me think of the evening, as the moon shines down and I contemplste what the day has brought me. 

The piece is mounted on stone I collected from a friends ranch in the foothills, so each sculpture is a unique presentation.
