While we were staying in an apartment , waiting for our home to be repaired, l had the joy of observing this little juvenile male Anna's who found our Hummingbird feeder and made it his own. He would spend the day guarding and chasing off all comers and then resting and preening. This is one of the prettiest poses l captured and reminds me of a geisha holding a fan while transitioning in a dance. So very elegant.
