On my first visit to Yellowstone National Park in 2011, I got to see the Yellowstone River, calm, no wind blowing causing ripples on the surface of this beautiful grand river.  How fortunate we are that this place was set aside so many years ago to protect it from the greedy development that mankind wrongfully use as "job creation opportunities" without regard to everything else that depends on land and our natural world.

En mi primera visita al Parque Nacional Yellowstone en el 2011, pude ver el río Yellowstone, calmo, sin viento soplando que causara ondas en la superficie de este hermoso y grandioso río.  Que afortunados somos de que este lugar se aya apartado hace muchos años para protegerlo del desarrollo codicioso que la especie humana equivocadamente utiliza como “oportunidades de creación de trabajo” sin considerar todo lo demás que depende de la tierra y nuestro mundo natural.
