"My work is rooted in a lifelong connection to wildlife and the outdoors. Growing up in Georgia, I developed a deep respect for the quiet power, tension, and beauty found in the natural world. Working primarily in graphite, I’m drawn to the discipline of building form, depth, and atmosphere through value and precision alone. My subjects—especially deer and other wildlife—are chosen for their presence, structure, and emotional weight. Through realism, I aim not only to capture likeness, but to convey the dignity, strength, and stillness that make these animals worthy of both admiration and preservation.
