This 11” x 14" oil on primed wood panel captures the moment a Tri-colored Heron flew directly over on a beautiful sunny day on the stunning beaches Fort De Soto Park.  I am intrigued by how birds fly and find myself daydreaming about how it must feel to soar at will in the ocean breeze and I hope to share this fascination in my painting.
