This 8"x10" oil on canvas portrait of a Great Horned Owl is framed and ready to hang.  It is based on a photo I took in Vermont in 2020 which captures one of a pair of owls I observed near my home that year. Later in the season, I spotted a fledgling on the ground—likely their chick. It’s a moment I cherish, made even more special by how close to home these beautiful birds live.
