Inspired by a serene moment at Refuge Faunique Marguerite-D'Youville—just south of Montréal—this original oil painting captures a Great Blue Heron nestled among golden cattail husks from the previous season. A quiet scene of spring migration, the bird’s natural camouflage and stillness are beautifully rendered on primed canvas. Perfect as a meaningful gift or a striking addition to your home, this one-of-a-kind piece brings the tranquility of nature indoors.
