These are one of my favorite antelope. The greater kudu. Although not endangered, they represent a bit of magic to me about what makes Africa so unique. These shy and amazing animals are called the "Grey Ghosts of the forrest" I wanted to paint them majestically as if they were curious about what was just beyond the plateau, and emerging from out of the tree line.
