A fundraiser for the Western North Carolina Nature Center
This series of pastel paintings features the beautiful and inspiring animals of Asheville’s WNC Nature Center.
Due to significant flooding and impassable roads in the region from Tropical Storm Helene, the WNC Nature Center is temporarily CLOSED. It will take time to reopen, and during this time the center must operate without visitor revenue. To support the Center in its recovery, 50% of the proceeds from sales will be donated the Friends of the WNC Nature Center non-profit organization.

Raise funds for the Western North Carolina Nature Center, a wildlife park in Asheville, NC.
Background:
The 42-acre WNC Nature Center (www.wildwnc.org) is home to more than 60 species, including bobcats, cougars, red pandas, foxes, and red and gray wolves. Each of these animals has a story. Many were injured or abandoned when young and cannot safely return to their natural environment. Yet, the 'Wild' lives on in them. This collection celebrates their enduring wild nature and the powerful connection we share with them.
