Eucalyptus gunnii subsp. divaricata (Miena Cider Gum).

The Miena Cider Gum (Eucalyptus gunnii) is a threatened endemic tree native to the Central Highlands of Tasmania, where it lives at the margins of peaty marshes. It can live for 100 years, and can survive extreme cold - because iof the high sugar-content of its sap (acting as an anti-freezing agent). The sweet sap is sought after be animals and man.
