The idea of this sculpture was born out of one of our many walks with our Springer spaniel, Frankie, walking along the riverside and our inquisitive dog flushed out a beautiful kingfisher with its iridescent blue colour which looked stunning and it was such a joy to see, from that encounter ideas flawed for this delicate wood carving and I thought it would be interactive if it was feeding its young. This carving was sold to one of my private collectors, commissions can be taken as they are one of a kind.
