In a world that often feels uncertain and fragmented, "Taking Flight" captures a moment of instinctual unity and unstoppable motion. A flock of Snow Geese ascends in unison, cutting through the northern sky in a surge of light, strength, and grace. Their flight is not just a migration—it is a bold refusal to remain grounded. Illuminated by warm sunlight, their wings catch fire with motion, echoing the pulse of a North in constant transformation.

This piece embodies the raw, unfiltered spirit of resilience and movement. Each bird represents a voice, a heartbeat in a collective act of survival and instinctual courage. Together, they rise—undaunted, driven by something older and deeper than fear. It’s a call to move forward, to adapt, and to carry with us both grace and determination.
