Owls have always been among my favourite birds of prey.  Stealthy and often hidden in plain sight.  Able to see us, yet with their incredible camouflage, they remain elusive to usl  So mysterious and are often the subject of myth and legend.

This painting brings back fond memories of camping, sitting around the campfire and listening to the distant call of the Great Horned Owl.
