Canadian Club whiskey was originally made by Hiram Walker & Sons. From the 1960s to the 1990s,  there was a large neon sign on top of the distillery's grain silos which faced the U.S. side of the Detroit River and read, "Home of Canadian Club." Some claimed that it was the largest neon sign in the world. It is a whiskey that reminds me of my paternal Grandpa. The palette that I used is based on Goethe's Reflective color scheme.
