I saw the movement of this least sandpiper in Vermont, before I saw it, its quick movements catching my attention. I loved the details of the shoreline against the smooth water behind it and the tiny details of this small water bird nestled among it.  Painting is unframed, on thick gallery canvas, ready for hanging or placing on a shelf.
