Beautiful acrylic painting on canvas in a handcrafted rustic wood frame.  This young bird appeared to me on my porch in Vermont one early morning.  I rescued him within moments from encountering my cat!  Luckily, he was able to fly to safety after a recovery period, which is the pose I chose to paint him in here.
