Original oil painting on canvas of a young black bear hiding within some young saplings.  I was fortunate enough to have him visit me on my property in Vermont one spring day, and he allowed me several minutes to take reference photos of him.  Newly painted, here is the result of that chance encounter with this youngster.

The painting is accentuated with my signature live edge wooden frame.  Framed oil painting dimensions are 18” x 22”.  Hanging hardware affixed to rear of painting.
