This painting is a result of an art residency I did in Everglades National Park.  Never a dull moment in my hikes and adventures.  The wildlife is abundant at every turn.  I studied a single ibis working the shore looking for food near the mangroves.  I took my skteches and developed this composition.  This is such an elegant bird.
