This painting was created as a result of my art residency in Everglades National Park.  The Ahinga Trail was a favorite spot to go early in the morning and later in the evening to study and watch the wildlife activities, and the trail never failed to produce amazing images.  I watched this blue heron go into stelth mode while searching for food.  They are such a graceful bird and their patience outweighs mine for sure.  The overall framed size is 25.25" H x 29.5" W
