This is a painting of 4 Chestnut-headed bee-eaters sitting together on a thin branch. Bee-eaters are sociable birds, usually sitting or huddling together.  They make sorties from a branch to catch insects on the wing which they bring back to the same branch to eat. They nest in colonies in burrowed tunnels in mud banks.

(Artwork is currently on gallery wrapped canvas and framed. The painting can be shipped rolled up or streched. Shipping on actuals.)
