The "Transform" or the "Cuttle Up" pendant as it is also known, is the sculpture of a Cuttlefish cast in silver with the lost wax vacuum process in my home studio. This highly detailed sculpture depicts the master of camouflage doing its best to put on a textural display. The central "capture" tentacles stretch out and entwine to form the finding for a necklace, chain or hoop. Each piece is produced start to finish, by me, the artist, at my home studio. The original concept mounts on a bronze base and is considered a piece of jewelry when pendant is worn, and a small sculpture when pendant is mounted on base.
