"Ascension" is an attempt to express the delicate and changing balance of nature. Two Spotted Eagle rays ascend, spiraling towards the surface tails entwined around an abstracted whip coral structure. Ascensions' composition also attempts to convey the inter-dependence of nature. The sculptures structural strength relies on the balance of the minimalist elements.
