"Money in the Bank" depicts Sam Jones of the Boston Celtics shooting over Jerry West of the Los Angeles Lakers. The two basketball legends faced each other six times in the NBA finals. Despite outstanding performances by West, Sam's Celtics won the title each time. "Money in the Bank" was one of Sam's nicknames which he acquired for two reasons, his reliability in clutch situations and his deadly accuracy shooting the bank shot.
