The opening and closing of the entrance door to the rest of the seniors section presented a problem in the Alzheimers wing.. Just beyond it was a door to the outside. Often patients would  slip out as a cart was coming in and could wander off. Once the doors became an book case and the handle seemed to disappear the patients would not hang out in this area. As I was working one evening, I over heard some visitors ask the nurse where the exit was. Even they did not recognize it though they had just come in.
