I have always had a love of cowboy boots ever since I received my first pair, as a child living in Alberta. Upon kicking these off on one of our carpets, I was taken with the richness of their colour there. In my mind it became a painting, which I have finally gotten too. No wildlife. Just enjoying the beauty of  painting in oils.

This painting was juried into the Federation of Canadian Artist show....Active Members Exhibition Jan 2018
