Colin Weir works tirelessly almost every day of the year at the Alberta Birds of Prey Centre to meet the needs of injured raptors, and birds which require care and a permanent home in instances when they cannot be released back into the wild after treatment.  Colin and a team of volunteers also promote conservation awareness through education, and manage a captive breeding and release program for certain endangered bird species.
