"My influences are what I see, experience, and feel. I love to observe wildlife in its natural environment. My aim is to depict a close personal look at the character of my subjects. My hope is to education the viewer on the importance of preserving nature.   "

In 2009, I spent several days exploring part of Canada's only Grizzly Bear Sanctuary in the Khutzeymateen Valley north of Prince Rupert.  There, I experienced first hand the incredible true nature of the Grizzly Bear and the value for conservation. My hope is to share my experiences of the emotions and antics of these bears and to invite you to embark on a journey into the life of the Grizzly Bear.

My focus is to promote awareness of the importance of wildlife and environment through my art work.  Participating as an active member to Artist for Conservation allows me to donate my time and art to many worthwhile conservation projects.
