"Yasuo Watanabe was born in Tokyo, Japan although he now resides in Maihara, Shiga, Japan. He attended Tama Art University, in Tokyo.
He has been actively exhibiting in Japan and internationally since 2000 and participated in and attended the AFC exhibition and festival in Vancouver in 2015.
