The Art of Conservation 2011 Exhibit is Now Open.

AFC's Annual Exhibit - The Art of Conservation - has become one of the most highly anticipated events among the nature-inspired art genres. This year’s inaugural Virtual Exhibit promises to break new ground in providing global access to some of the best works the nature-inspired art genre has to offer. We would like to thank over a hundred AFC artist members from around the world who have contributed to this Annual AFC Exhibits to support wildlife and habitat conservation.  

Although The Art of Conservation 2011 exhibit opened on November 4, 2011. The 2010 exhibit is temporarily unavailable and will be accessible as an archive following this year's exhibit.

Please note that all artwork details, including dimensions, framing, prices and other information is subject to confirmation with the artist.

Published as a companion to Artists for Conservation's annual exhibit, this book features artworks by members of the AFC. In addition, the book includes a tribute to the first Artists for Conservation Festival and to Guy Harvey - recipient of the 2011 Simon Combes Conservation Award, and chapters on a recent Flag Expedition to the Congo. A beautiful collectible book, with limited quantities available. The book is approximately 10" x 10", hardcover with 192 pages and printed on FSC-certified (sustainably forested) paper stock.

The magificent painting pays homage to AFC, and International Year of the Forests and depicts a nearby Pacific North-western alpine winter scene with snow-laden trees and a pack of seven wolves in the background.
